Subletting

A housing association owner may sublet their apartment to another person for independent use only if the board gives its consent and approval. This is done through an agreement that is filled out by you as a resident and submitted to the board.

Here are the steps:

1. Fill in the blue-highlighted fields in the PDF.

2. Print the agreement and sign it.

3. Scan the agreement and email it to brfjagaren.sbg@gmail.com.

Once this is done, the board will process your application and provide its approval.
