Some things the association is responsible for solving and some things you as a resident have your own responsibility to solve. Here are some frequently asked questions with associated answers.

  • Who is responsible for changing filters in the elements?
    Answer: You as a resident are responsible for this. Should be done once a year.

  • The ventilation in my bathroom makes a lot of noise, what can I do?
    Answer: The ceiling vent in the bathroom should be cleaned twice a year as it becomes clogged with dust. You will find a guide on how to proceedhere.

  • Who brings out new keys to my apartment?
    Answer: As a resident, you do that yourself by turning toThe locking point in Sundbyberg.
    Bring a rental certificate that shows you are a member of the association.

  • One of my appliances has broken, who is responsible?
    Answer: As a resident, you are responsible for buying new appliances and that they are installed in a professional manner.

  • I have problems with the heat in my apartment, what do I do?
    Answer: Try airing the elements. Check if the thermostat is intact. If the problems persist, contact the board.

  • Is my apartment insured through the association?
    Answer: As the owner of your apartment, you must have your own condominium insurance. The association's insurance does not cover the individual resident's apartment.
