About Brf Jägaren
We are a housing association consisting of 47 apartments, 4 business premises and garage spaces. Here is some general information about how our association works. We hope you have received the binder that belongs to your apartment, which contains information about the residence and the association’s statutes. The statutes are important to read with regard to maintenance obligations and rights, who is responsible for what, i.e., the individual or the association. This is important when contacting our technical management.

Financial management
HSB handles our financial management.
You can reach HSB's customer service on tel. 010-442 11 00 if you have questions about, for example, notification of the fee. You can also email them at service.stockholm@hsb.se. On My HSB can you find your papers and matters.
Direct debit
We recommend that you connect to direct debit for payment of the fee. Contact
HSB (see contact details for their customer service above) for more info.
HSB is our property manager
You can contact HSB toreport error incidents in the apartments and also common areas. We on the board also wish that the members who create issues around common areas (e.g. stairwell, garbage room, bicycle room, etc.) also inform us in
the board through an email to brfjagaren.sbg@gmail.com
IMPORTANT! Remember that it is you as the customer who is responsible for payment if it is not something that the association is responsible for. Consult with case recipients how it is and can be in the current case. The statutes describe who is responsible for what.

The emergency number should only be used if there is a risk of personal injury or damage to the property. If possible, consult with the board in case damage or risk of damage to the property is discovered by you, before contacting emergency services. Matters of an urgent nature, but which are under your own responsibility, are charged to the customer, i.e. you as a member not the association.
The door lock has a service mode (the key position is set to the "10:00" position, instructions are on the lock) a mode that can be used when our own technical management needs access to the apartment when you are not at home in connection with repairs etc., an alternative to be at home and look after craftsmen.
The board
You can find the members of the board and their contact details here as well as on the notice boards in the gates if you need to contact us faster than we can respond by email.
You contact the board via email address: Brfjagaren.sbg@gmail.com. We on the board respond to emails as soon as we have the opportunity, but as we are members who, in addition to regular work, manage board work, it can sometimes take a few days.
Remember to notify the board if you change your email address. Information from the board to the members now always comes via email in the first place, in accordance with the updated statutes at the annual general meeting in May 2018. If you as a member want to receive information in the post box, this needs to be reported separately to the board. We have an annual meeting sometime in May-June, the notice and opportunity to submit motions will be sent by email, as will the annual report. The nomination committee generally begins its work with getting interested parties to the board work in the spring, so please think through whether you/you can imagine being part of the board.

Insurance
The property is insured via the Fire Office, but please note that condominium supplements are not included and must be signed by each individual member. Normally, condominium supplements are included in the regular home insurance for condominiums, but we recommend that you check with your insurance company to ensure that you are fully insured.
